Emergency Battery Backup Short Description:

Our Emergency Battery Backup has a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) battery and an Emergency LED Driver. It provides reliable power during critical times. This system offers a longer lifespan than traditional NiCd or NiMH batteries.

An LFP battery will generally have a life of 8-10 years. A comparable NiCd or NiMH typically needs to be changed after 3 or 4 years.

LFP batteries are about 40% more energy efficient than NiCd batteries. They hold a charge longer and they have a better charge efficiency, creating less heat during charging.
